Pearl Earrings: Designed To Suit Women Of All Age Groups
Earrings are a piece of jewelry attached to the ear through a piercing in the earlobe or some other external part of the ear. These are generally worn by both sexes but are traditionally worn primarily by women. Designs range from small loops and studs to large plates and dangling items. The size is always limited by the physical capacity of the earlobe to hold the earring without tearing the earlobe.
A classic accompaniment to any women's wardrobe, they can be made of precious stones, semi precious stones or can just be artificial jewelry. Most popular among women of all age groups, pearl earrings are available in a variety of shapes, colors and sizes. Some common styles are pearl drop and stud earrings, freshwater pearls, traditional white pearls, colored pearls and black pearls. Often associated with glamour, beauty and elegance they are considered as one of the necessary piece of jewelry a woman should have. They never fail to enhance a women's beauty and must be chosen according to the facial structure.
Since the first discovery of the pearl its glory has continued until the present age. It is used as a precious stone in jewelry mostly in China, India, Rome and Egypt. In fact, the Romans are notably crazy about jewelry made from pearls. Beautiful black pearl earrings are perfect for augmenting your evening wear, night wear, party dresses and wedding functions etc. It is deemed to be a perfect compliment to accessories like shoes and purses. Like any other precious jewelry, pearls also require proper care and maintenance. They need to be properly taken care of so that they may retain their quality for a long time. Since original pearl jewelry comes at a high price, care should be taken to maintain this jewelry. One should avoid wearing pearls before putting on makeup, perfumes, and lotions.
When it comes to buying the excellent and unique present for someone you love, you can't go wrong by making a choice of a set of pearl earrings. A pearl earring is a great way to tell someone that you think they are unique and beautiful, just like the gift you are giving them.

i think my cartilage piercing is infected?
i got it done in the beginning of january. but last night i tore it alittle when i was sleeping [not a lot, just made it bleed a few drops] and i got home and looked at it and there was this big bubble. i had them before and they went away so i thought it was normal then i went to touch the earring and it was crusty where the jewelry went in so i squeezed the bump alittle and all this puss looking stuff came out. the weird thing is, it doesnt hurt [seriously. not at all.] its not hot or itchy and its only alittle red on the back of my ear where i tore it. whats up with that? what can i do to fix it? thanks in advance :]
What color was the puss?
If it was clear/white/light yellow that's normal.
If it was green/gooey/dark colors/hot to the touch/sore/swollen/dark yellow it's infected.
The bump is hypertrophic scarring, which is very common with cartilage piercings. I've dealt with a couple on my industrial.
They usually appear due to irritation or trauma, so ripping on it explains why you got it.
Sea salt works is good for getting rid of hypertrophic scarring and infections.
Do that for two weeks (If you don't know how to do sea salt soaks just google it)
If sea salt soaks doesn't work after two weeks, then purchase some tea tree oil.
If you have any questions feel free to e-mail me.
DO NOT take it out! That doesn't just magically make the infection go away if you have one. And puss doesn't always necessarily mean infection, sometimes it's just a sign of healing and a way of your piercing cleaning itself out to avoid infection. Taking the piercing out Will Not get rid of the bump or the infection, the infection will stay sealed in your ear. You will have an easier time getting rid of an infection if you do have one so it has a way to evacuate.
Btw, once you start doing sea salt soaks the bump might start bleeding a bit, don't worry about it. It happened to me a couple times.
