Christmas gift for my friend/next door neighbor?

I am 20 years old and I have a single 27 year old next door neighbor that I have a crush on we have been next door neighbor for 15 mouths now and it is almost Christmas time I want to buy hear a dozen pink roses and a name necklace is this a good idea or if not what should I do
to let her no I have a crush on her but still be romantic about it I was going to set the flowers on hear door step and later give hear the necklace in person.
Please help me

That type of gift is way too romantic - you're friends - not a couple - if you want to drop a hint that you're romantically attracted to her, why not give her a gift certificate to a nearby restaurant and a gift card for the movies - if she suggests that you two go together, then you're set! =)
