Did Tiffany make an open heart pendant with the two open hearts joined together?

I got the necklace for mothers day from a friend and was
wondering if it is a real tiffany....the bag and packaging are identical to my other tiffany jewlery but i cant find the design on their website. This is the pic of it

Also Is elsa peretti a signature or a print on the piece?
I was not green or faded when put under water.

I doubt it. It looks fake. Put in under warm water for two minutes, dry it off and if it's green or faded it's fake.
