What size would I be in Betsey Johnson dresses?

Would I be a 0 or a 2? I hear they run small, so I'm wondering if a 2 would be better...I'm normally a 0 in other brands.

Measurements:
Height 5'2"
Waist 25"
Hip 32-33"
Chest 32A

I'm 15 years old and the Abercrombie jeans fit me in a size 14, although I have to hem them a few inches. In their kids line, I fit an XL in tops. At J.Crew, the XS is usually a bit too big for me. I'm usually a 2 in Free People dresses, because otherwise they fit too snugly. In BCBGMaxazria dresses, I'm usually a bit smaller than an XS - they never have XXS at my mall so I don't know if that would fit, but I get the XS and adjust the top a little bit - usually the straps are too long. I'm generally an XS in most women's clothes.

I wore a betsey johnson dress for homecoming, and I was a size 4 because the 2 fit perfectly, but the chest area was too tight. I don't think you'll have this problem with 32A, so I would go with a size 2, if I was you. That way, you can re-wear it. Although, my dress did 'poof out' from the waist, so if it is a tight dress, you may need a 2.
